Boost your social, physical and mental health with free, fun workshops each Wednesday!  During the quarter, the WELL or one of its partners leads a wellness activity in HUB 269 at 4:00 PM  Past workshops include Speed Friending, Sex With the Lights On, Midterm Massage, and Cookin’ For College.

Come join us for refreshments, and gather tips and resources that will enhance your holistic health throughout the college experience.
