One-on-One Mental Health Educator Sessions
Are you feeling stressed, need help with time management, or tips for self-care? You can now book a 30-minute non-clinical session with The Well's Mental Health Educator to get basic information on mental health, self-care, time management, or managing stress. During your session, our Mental Health Educator will discuss with you a short actionable plan, and the resources available to you. In addition, you can request guidance on how to access other campus services such as Basic Needs, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Student Affairs Case Management, or how to seek peer-to-peer support. Set up a 30-minute meeting with The Well's Certified Peer Health Educators to get tips and learn resources related to well-being.
