If you are an ethnic minority, student with a disability, or a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender student interested in a career in student affairs and/or higher education, then check out the NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program sponsored by the Well. The national

program fosters relationships between students and student affairs administrators who serve as mentors in an attempt to get more underrepresented minorities into the field.

If selected, you'll be given the opportunity to attend a national conference, receive an unpaid internship and take part in a Summer Leadership Institute. Mentors will personally work with you to lend advice and assist you in finding jobs, internships and other opportunities in your chosen career.
