The more you move, the more you win.
Win prizes when you choose to GO!

Join The WELL's GO! Pedometer Program, where the more you move, the more you’re rewarded with prizes and better health!

Sign up today. It’s quick and easy!
1. Sign up for GO! at gopedometer.ucr.edu
2. Get your FREE pedometer at The WELL (HUB 248), or use your own activity tracker
3. Track your daily steps on your online GO! account. The more you move,
the more you win!

Track Your Activity. Win Prizes.

GO! online to monitor your progress (total steps you've walked and the amount you need for specific prizes), create competitions with friends, and check your BMI (body mass index), weight, blood pressure, and number of calories burned. The program is completely confidential. People see your total steps, nothing else.

You can convert other non-walking activities into steps too!

Bike 3 miles = 2000 steps

Wheelchair 1 mile = 2000 steps

The more you move, the more you win.

The GO! Pedometer Program has various levels. Prizes are awarded when you reach each milestone. When you have completed all the levels, you'll start over. Prizes will change so you can win something new.
